Tools That I Use to Automate My Business & Create Freedom

1. ActiveCampaign
ActiveCampaign is more than an email marketing tool. They do AUTOMATION. You can create advanced funnels, and with their premium plans you even have CRM tools integrated so you can create incredible customer experiences. ActiveCampaign serves over 100,000 businesses in over 161 countries.
Every email that I send is through ActiveCampaign and they stand as the foundation on top of which our entire marketing automation is built. We've been using them since 2015.
2. Leadpages
We're using Leadpages to create most of the squeeze pages, thank you pages, sales pages and even some resources pages (like this one you're on right now). Sure, the main website is built on Wordpress, but it's just easier to build everything else in Leadpages and it seamlessly integrates via a Wordpress plugin. They have lots of templates, drag & drop editor, and you can even create evergreen funnels (hint: countdowns) through Leadpages. We've been using them since 2014.
3. PayKickStart
We use PayKickStart for all our Checkouts and it's the most reliable resource we've found. They offer lots of customizable templates, one-click upsells, order bumps, coupon codes, integrated tax system and even affiliate program for your products/courses. It integrates via API with Stripe, PayPal and other payment processing companies. Yes, they have the highest level of online security (PCI compliance level 3) and fraud detection. Honestly, PayKickStart offers all the features you will ever need from an online shopping cart.
They offer 14 free trial which was enough to convince us that they are the best.
ps: we've tested OpenCart, ThriveCart, WooCommerce, SamCart but none come close to PayKickStart. Not to mention that their level of support is spectacular.
4. StealthSeminar
Live Webinars? Automated Webinars? StealthSeminar got them. We've tested several platforms (EasyWebinar, WebinarJam, WebinarNinja, Zoom) and for our needs, StealthSeminar was the best.
You can create automated webinars that start in the next hour, you can easily integrate with your favorite marketing automation platform (like ActiveCampaign) to follow up, remind them to watch the replay or make the sale to one of your products. StealthSeminar offers pretty much all the features you''ll ever need to build a successful webinar funnel and start selling more.
Best part: they offer SMS reminders with every plan so you don't need another integration and this feature really increases your attendance rate.

5. Canva
Oh, Canva. We've been using this design tool since 2015 and it saved us a ton of time and headache. It's our go-to tool for anything design wise: Instagram posts & stories, Facebook ads, banner ads, YouTube thumbnails, article thumbnails, PDFs, presentations, GIFs and lately, even videos. I am not kidding when I say that we wouldn't be able to survive without it.
Tip: go for the PRO account as it includes all the templates (60,000+ at the time of writing), 60+ million stock images and one-click resizing.
6. Funnelytics
Funnels are the backbone of any online business. If you don't have a funnel, you're missing out on revenue. Funnels, however, can be super complex and you can lose track of things, this is where Funnelytics comes into place to offer you the possibility of visualizing your funnel. They also offer templates you can copy.
7. Hostgator
We use Hostgator for our basic hosting needs since 2011. Their cPanel is intuitive and easy to work with and they offer Wordpress installation through one click.
For dedicated Wordpress hosting including some more advanced security features, we use Presslabs.
8. Nudgify
We display all our notifications through Nudgify. You know, those cute little ones that say "Andreea from Carlsbad, California recently purchased Manifesting Queen". You can do way more than that: show number of visitors, reviews, who signed up for a freebie, who purchased a certain product and even ratings.
It's an amazing way of using FOMO as a marketing strategy to increase urgency and convert more.
9. Asana
Asana is out go-to tool for organizing our projects and collaborating with VAs or contractors. It's easy to use, intuitive, they're always improving and the free version is more than you may need. And yes, they also have a smartphone app.

Traffic Secrets by Russell Brunson
Okay, not a tool but one of the most influencing marketing books I've read and Russell Brunson has had a huge influence on my business over the years. Having a business idea isn't that much of a big deal - they're a dime a dozen these days - but making that business a success is totally different. We all know that, for an online business to be successful, you need TRAFFIC. And even if you figure out the traffic part, how do you make the sale, how do you scale, how do you make sure that what you're selling is solving real problems etc.
All these questions & more are answered in the book and, I am going to say it again, this has been probably one of the most influential marketing/business books that I've ever read.
10. Google Analytics
This one is very obvious, but it's worth a mention especially for those of you who don't know about UTM tags/tracking. We use this tool to set up all our UTM tags & shorten the links via Bitly.
Google Analytics is such an awesome and useful tool if set up correctly - it gives you insights into your visitors, leads and customers so you can better position yourself and see which marketing strategies are actually delivering results.
Tip: find someone who can set up the Tag Manager in the correct way for you.
11. Shopify
If you've never heard about Shopify, you've been probably living under a rock. Shopify it's just the most awesome and reliable e-commerce platform. We're using it for our Manifesting SWAG Shop where you can purchase t-shirts, hoodies, bags etc. with powerful messages on "manifesting".
Offering merchandise to your community is an amazing way of diversifying your revenue and building a global brand.
12. Tawk.to
Tawk.to is our preferred tool for live chat on certain pages. Best part: it's free. Forever.
13. Linktree
You know how you can't put more than one link in your Instagram profile? Well, Linktree solves that by offering you a brandable link where you can feature your latest YouTube video, podcast episode, freebie, online course, about page or whatever you want. Check out mine for inspiration.

14. Text Tool by Facebook
We use Facebook ads to drive traffic to freebies and paid offers, and the recommended text percentage on an image is 20%. This tool (created by Facebook) allows you to check if your images comply without needing to set up the ads and go through the whole approval process. Saves you time and saves Facebook time.

15. Ubersuggest
Our favorite SEO marketing guy, Neil Patel, created a tool to track keywords ranking, backlinks tracking, get keywords ideas and even check what's working for your competition. Many of the features are free to use and if you want a more advanced tracking system, you have the option of upgrading.
16. Stripe
Almost everyone knows about Stripe, right? We use Strip to process most of our payments (along with PayPal) and it integrates with PayKickStart above in a very easy way. Their reporting is top class and their payout is fair and pretty fast.
