I know. It’s frustrating. You are doing your best and yet, “bad things” happen. Why? I have been there before and still am from time to time, but at least now I know “WHY”, so it’s easier to accept the situation and move on.

Today, I want to help you get through it!

Do You Know Why We Get Them & How To Overcome Obstacles?

Two reasons why we get obstacles in our way:

  • To help us grow – emotionally, spiritually, mentally
  • To get a better understanding on what we REALLY want – by having the contrast

How can you overcome obstacles?

You might be going through a rough situation right now, experience the full-blown of the obstacle and although I gave you the reasons why these “negative situations” are here, you are still wondering what to do next. Here is what I personally do each time I go through this (and yes, it happens all the time):

  • Do breathing exercises – this way you learn to calm your nerves and put yourself in a better mood 
  • Find things to be grateful for and write them down + discuss them with someone that would understand
  • Meditate/say a prayer, whatever takes you to a calm and aware state 
  • Do some Tapping – this will help you heal and work on your fears and limiting mindset
